Brewing Tip: Before you enjoy your first sip, heat your water to just under a boil. Place 1.5 teaspoons of leaves in your cup, briefly infuse with water, then pour off. Re-infuse your leaves for 3-7 minutes and then enjoy your first cup. The longer the brewing time, the stronger the cup.
